Start of service period | The interpreting service commences after the user completes user registration, credit-card payment is authorized (or receipt of funds via bank transfer is confirmed), and video or other materials are downloaded by the interpreter. |
Number of interpretation sessions able to be reserved | The number of interpreting sessions that can be reserved depends on the monthly amount paid. While interpreters are hired by the company based on the number of registered users, reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so reservations for certain times may not be possible. |
